Xethik finally posting once again. I was hoping to have a ton of free time this past week, but work and other things kept me busy, though I did manage to get time to do a bit of painting. With the new codex on the horizon and plenty about in the rumor mills, it's about time for a bit of discussion. This will be a bit of a three-sectioned post, but I will try to keep it brief. I'm going to cover the recent psychic power rumor, post a couple pictures of my newest Knight, and finish off with a bit of discussion relating to some speculation Fritz posted about here.

Hey everyone, pretty recently I linked a tutorial on non-metallic metal painting for Grey Knight Terminators from N++ as part of the Back to Basic series. The other day, Ron from From the Warp posted a metallics tutorial on his own blog, painting with metallics on a power armored Grey Knight. Hey everyone, Xethik here with a small post. Dave G from N++ posted today a great tutorial on painting Non-Metallic Metals (NMM) Grey Knights, without even blending colors. I think it is a great beginner's guide to going into the basics of Non-metallic metals and it actually gave me a lot of inspiration to try myself sometime soon. Welcome to the latest and last part of the beginner's guide on how to paint Grey Knights. In this last part, I will cover painting the eyes and Nemesis Force Weapon with a turquoise and blue shade. It's a very simple and quick process and I prefer to do it in batches. I leave these parts unfinished until I paint a couple models up to that point and do them all at once. Anyways, onto the actual painting.

Hey there! This probably should have been finished at least three weeks ago, but I've been immensely busy so I'm just getting it up now. Don't hate me forever. Anyways, in this edition I'm going to be going over the details of painting Grey Knights such as the purity seals, gold trim, and shoulder pads. Keep in mind you can use different colors here and apply gold to less or more places, but this is simply where I do it.

While I wasn't able to finish up part 2 of my painting tutorial today, I'm hoping to get it down by tomorrow. As a filler post until then, to try to make up for my lack of posts, I'm going to be throwing some pictures of my newest WIP models. Neither of them are fantastic, but I'm pretty thrilled about my Inquisitor and a bit excited to paint up the Justicar. Anywho, let me get to the actual pictures.
